The JUNI Fellowship is a 12-month career orientation program designed specifically for outstanding STEM talent. We offer you the chance to dive deep into the most critical sectors of the modern innovation ecosystem.

360° Ecosystem Experience: Three Stations – One Goal

Gain high-level practical experience in three consecutive 4-month stages:

  1. Station: High-Tech Engineering at TESLA (June – Sept) Start your fellowship at the Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg. Join a core engineering team and gain exclusive insights into the world’s most advanced automotive production.
  2. Station: Scaling Up at a High-Growth Startup (Oct – Jan) Experience the agility of a scaling company. In a high-impact role, apply your technical expertise in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
  3. Station: Venture Capital (Feb – May) Shift your perspective to the investment side. At a leading VC firm, you will evaluate deep-tech startups and learn how capital is used to scale technological disruption.

  • Start: Main intake starts in June 2026. Flexible entry points for outstanding candidates completing their thesis in early summer can be discussed.
